Not at all. Every LUPPLE enclosure and cover installs without tools. Use the FRONT mark to identify the correct direction. Enclosures are then secured using their hooks, rear buckles, and elastic bottom. For covers, place the cover over the cart and follow the fastening steps shown in the product instructions.
